The swap of the HVAC Cases was the easy part.  I think installing the A/C Control head will be the hard part.  I had already had the dash apart as part of the Z28 swap.  I have also painted the dash and trim.  So I decided I would take it a step (more like 3 step3) further, by installing the Buick C68 A/C system (Automatic Climate Control).  There are several components that will be needed for this swap to be successful.  The controller, HVAC box & solenoids, sun load sensor & inside & outside air temp sensor.

The Caprice does not come with any of these.  In fact when comparing wiring diagrams it does not even have the correct power circuits installed.  Luckily I had kept every harness off the Buick so I can scavenge or maybe even swap harnesses.

More to come as progress moves along.  One good thing did come of this, I noticed the A/C line between the evaporator and condenser had a hole in it.  Again, thanks to that Roadmaster for providing a replacement part.
