I picked up some 5/8 thick wood and drew out the template per:  Front Speaker Template provided by:  Scott Williams - Impala SS Forum  I then started cutting, then cut the speaker hole.  Then test fitted them to the doors.  Once I was pleased with the fit. I driller screw pilot holes and screwed the wood to the door.  Then the speaker to the wood!

Part 2 were the tweeters.  That was a little more work as I'm installing the Roadmaster door panels, I wanted to use the original location of the tweeters in the door handle bezel.  The original tweeters are clued to the bezel.  So, I had to break them free in hopes of not destroying the bezels.  I inserted a thin bladed screw driver and slowly pried the two pieces apart until they popped apart.  I was either good or lucky enough not to destroy them.  The screen on the tweeters was rounder up to high and I had to dent the screen in a little to make them fit and glued the new tweeters in place.

Once that was done I finished by installed the rear deck speakers.  They fit perfectly using the same holes that originals were pulled out of!  I proceeded to plug all the necessary wires in place and cranked up the volume.

Wow what a difference! Now if I only had a couple amps and some subs.  One of these days...
