Here is the progression I went thru with the front door panels once I got the car back from the body shop.  I painted the plastics, then Hush-Mat covered the doors, installed my speakers then put the vapor barrier on and proceeded to install the door panels.  I have not completely installed the door switch plates or handle bezels as I want to confirm everything is working before I pop them in place.

Remember: if your install these panel on your Caprice to get the door pull strap brackets or you will have to screw directly into the door.

I also install the newer designed window regulator rollers instead of the glides.

Notes:  Remember to remove the pull handle brackets off the original doors.  These are riveted on and  will need to be drilled off.  If you do not get these brackets you can probably use longer self taping screws, but I found it easier to just us the original stuff.

The rear panels are from a Roadmaster Wagon.  The rear panels off a Roadmaster Sedan will not directly bolt on, some modification will be required and a small area may remain uncovered when completed.  I found it best to just us wagon rear door panels.

This would be a good time to upgrade you window regulator glide to the newer roller design.  P/N 9666748 3 per door.
